What it’s about. Le discret comptable d'une grande entreprise passe à son bureau un samedi matin avant de partir en vacances. Le patron de la société se trouve lui aussi dans les bureaux, mais pour des raisons non-professionnelles: il est en galante compagnie dans le studio qu'il s'est fait aménager. Il est victime d'un infarctus alors qu'il est en plein ébats amoureux avec la call-girl qu'il a invitée. Voilà donc que ce même comptable va devoir jouer le rôle du chef d'entreprise auprès d'un chef d'État du Moyen-Orient, venu signer un accord vital.
