What it’s about. Barbie est une collégienne normale amoureuse de la star de lycée Todd qui sort avec Rachelle sa pire ennemie. Un jour, par chance, Rachelle et Todd cassent et Barbie croise ce dernier dans le couloir devant son casier. Le soir même il l'invite au bal de l'automne sans que Rachelle ne le sache. Le lendemain, Barbie et ses deux amies Courtney et Tia vont au centre commercial acheter une robe mais, par malheur, Rachelle ci trouve avec ses deux meilleures amies Raggen et Dawn qui aperçoivent Barbie et ses amies. Rachelle décide donc de se remettre avec Todd. Lorsqu'elles quittent le magasin, la vendeuse leur offre trois bracelets et donne à Barbie un journal.
