La loi promet à tout islamiste repentant qui rendrait ses armes en promettant n’avoir pas de sang sur les mains, une quasi amnistie et la réinstallation dans la société. Mais la loi n’efface pas les crimes et Rachid s’engage dans un voyage sans issue où s’entremêlent la violence, le secret et la manipulation.
