Après la Bosnie, il a rejoint un groupe terroriste en tant que responsable financier. Tous deux ont étudié en Angleterre. Les deux hommes se retrouvent au Pakistan alors qu'Arnold essaye d'infiltrer un réseau terroriste aux fins d'interviewer un responsable d'Al Qaïda. Kamal accepte de l'aider.
