Vêtu d'un smoking, le Grand Méchant Loup annonce le programme de la soirée : l'histoire du Grand Méchant Loup et des trois petits cochons, sur la musique des Danses hongroises de Johannes Brahms. On assiste à la construction de la maison de chaque cochon, les deux premiers cochons dansent et jouent, le loup arrive et, déguisé en gitane, les attrape presque. Ils courent se cacher dans la maison en briques, où le loup tente diverses ruses pour entrer, notamment en s'habillant comme une vieille femme pauvre réduite à jouer du violon pour les dons. Il trompe les deux simples cochons et pénètre à l'intérieur. Va-t-il manger du porc ? La maison a un ascenseur, le loup prend la cage d'ascenseur.
