Déterminé à arrêter Frank Serlano, le mafieux responsable de sa mort, Grant monte un plan avec l'aide de Seiko, une jeune japonaise. La mission tourne à l'échec et le fils de Serlano est tué ce qui n'est pas du goût du malfrat qui kidnappe le fils de Grant en retour.
