What it’s about. Lors d'un brutal accident de voiture, un couple et leur enfant perdent la vie. Il ne s'agirait que d'un banal fait-divers routier si après autopsie, le légiste ne faisait une macabre découverte. Le garçonnet était déjà mort avant la collision et pire : son corps servait de bagage humain à la mafia pour acheminer des tubes de cocaïne. Un redoutable tueur à gages américain, Tony Aniante, est engagé par d'autres pontes du crime organisé pour déssouder ces trafiquants de drogue sans morale. Pour cela, il infiltrera la bande de deux Don rivaux pour mieux mettre le feu aux poudres d'une guerre des gangs imminente.
