What it’s about. Busi, une jeune femme démunie aux émotions dangereusement réprimées, décroche un emploi de femme de ménage dans un hôpital délabré au cœur de Johannesburg. Désespérée de devoir réunir les fonds pour faire venir sa petite sœur à Johannesburg, elle doit faire face, ce malgré un directeur d'hôpital prédateur et corrompu.
