What it’s about. Vienne, 1920. Après l’effondrement de l’empire austro-hongrois, Peter Perg, soldat de la Grande Guerre revient de captivité. Tout a changé dans sa ville, où le chômage et les pulsions nationalistes prennent chaque jour un peu plus d’ampleur. Il se sent étranger chez lui. Soudainement, plusieurs vétérans sont brutalement assassinés. Touché de près par ces crimes, Peter Perg s’allie à Theresa Korner, médecin légiste, pour mener l’enquête.
