What it’s about. Pour préparer ses guerriers aux attaques potentielles d’envahisseurs étrangers, le hanshu organise un marathon. Le marathon suit un chemin de montagne sur environ 58 kilomètres. Les réservistes se joignent au marathon pour se faire offrir un prix. Pendant ce temps, le marathon est considéré à tort comme un acte de trahison par le gouvernement central Edo.
