Son plan, projeter Axis sur Terre pour anéantir toute vie dessus et accélérer l'évolution de l'humanité en NewTypes. Bright Noah, Amuro Ray, et tous les membres de Londo Bell devront alors tout faire pour empêcher cette catastrophe.
