What it’s about. Après avoir acheté la remise de peine de son père, Hank McCain, Jack, truand lui aussi, lui propose un coup fabuleux : dévaliser le casino «Royal» de Las Vegas. Peu après, il découvre que son fils travaille pour le compte de Charlie Adamo, un gangster très puissant de la côte Ouest. Les parrains de la mafia, propriétaires du «Royal», envoient un homme de main pour mettre Adamo en garde. Ce dernier, prenant peur, décide d'interrompre la préparation du casse et d'éliminer ses complices...
