Ce quotidien sera chamboulé après la sortie du coma de Miu Asakura, une amie d'enfance de Konoha. Dès lors, les mauvais souvenirs refont surface en lui : le voilà au chevet de Miu. Les mensonges, les disputes et les révélations ne tarderont pas, et mettront Konoha à rude épreuve…
