What it’s about. Celui que l'on appellera plus tard Yuki Shinjûro a débuté sa vie de manière assez misérable. Orphelin de naissance, il part du Japon une fois sa scolarité terminée pour devenir projectionniste itinérant dans des pays en guerre. Mais son projet échoue et il se retrouve à vagabonder ici et là. Il rencontre alors les membres d'une ONG qui le recueillent ; mais il est aussitôt tué dans une embuscade militaire. C'est à ce moment-là qu'il est possédé par Inga, un démon mangeur d'âmes qui a la capacité de révéler les plus noires vérités contenues dans le cœur humain...
