What it’s about. In Louis Hubert Farabeuf (1841-1910), a French surgeon that among other texts wrote the "Précis de manual opératoire". In this book Salvador Elizondo (1932-2006) imagines the understanding of death, of writing, of eroticism and beyond. Through Elizondo's associative photography the image of the tortured also becomes the presence of the spectators who watch their own death.
