What it’s about. Le livreur de télégrammes Daffy Duck est dans un marécage, avec un message pour une personne nommée Chloé, quand il commence à avoir le hoquet. Incapable d'arrêter son hoquet, Daffy décide de chercher une aide médicale, dans une vieille maison appartenant à un certain Dr Jerkyl, qui annonce ses services sur une enseigne au néon au sommet de sa maison. En examinant le hoquet Daffy, Jerkyl décide d'utiliser un "remède contre la frayeur" et se transforme chimiquement en une maladroite du nom de Chloé, à qui Daffy avait été assigné pour délivrer le message - un salut d'anniversaire. Chloé poursuit Daffy dans la maison, jusqu'à ce que Daffy utilise une seringue pour faire gicler du lait maternisé dans la bouche de Chloé, le transformant ainsi en un enfant malicieux.
