What it’s about. Maurice, un sexagénaire peu aimable, voit arriver chez lui Melodie, une jeune femme douce et innocente. Peu à peu, il finit par apprécier la présence de cette intruse inattendue. Oubliant les quarante ans qui les séparent, Maurice épouse Mélodie. Leur bonheur est de courte durée. Tout bascule lorsque la mère de Mélodie frappe à la porte, tout heureuse de retrouver sa fille. Horrifiée par la vie que celle-ci a choisi de mener avec Maurice, la mère n'hésite pas à mettre son grain de sel. La confrontation se révèle particulièrement explosive ...
