What it’s about. Frank et Marisa, jeune couple peu fortuné, s'offrent un séjour en Afrique du Sud à un prix défiant toute concurrence sans se méfier des conditions. Dès leur arrivée dans l'hôtel isolé, ils sont drogués et attaqués par des ambulanciers. Marisa réussit a s'échapper et trouve refuge chez Serafina et Biko qui la cachent. Pour retrouver Frank, Marisa et Biko, dont le fils a aussi disparu, se présentent à l'hôtel dans l'espoir de suivre le même parcours macabre. En bout de course, ils découvrent une clinique abritant un trafic d'organes lucratif, aux ramifications internationales...
