What it’s about. Kamel et son frère Bouzid vivent à Bab el Oued, un quartier populaire d'Alger. Kamel est un solitaire, désabusé et taciturne. Bouzid, plus jovial, est un mordu d'internet. Sans vraiment y croire, il les invite à Alger...Mais un jour, Laurence, une de ses correspondantes françaises, lui annonce qu'elle accepte son invitation. Et qu'elle arrivera à Alger dans une semaine! Pour Bouzid, c'est la catastrophe : comment recevoir Laurence alors qu'il habite dans un modeste appartement avec toute sa famille ? Malgré ses réticences, Kamel accepte d'aider son frère à organiser le séjour de la jeune femme...
