Pour ses exactions qu’il garde secrètes, l’empereur s’appuie sur une armée personnelle qui manipule la « guillotine volante ». Celle-ci, qui la nuit revêt les habits de la justicière « Hibiscus sanglant », va s’allier avec Wang Jun et Ma Teng pour défaire Jin Gang Feng qui a lancé ses trois enfant à sa poursuite.
