What it’s about. Il y a six ans, Robert Kenner, un facteur aux manières douces de Peckham, dans le sud de Londres, a été frappé par un météore qui lui a conféré des super pouvoirs. Aujourd'hui, Bob est un "fonctionnaire" surmené et sous-estimé du gouvernement britannique. Il passe la plupart de ses heures de veille à sauver des gens et à remplir des formulaires.
