What it’s about. En tournage à Montréal, une actrice française tente de se raccommoder avec son fils, étudiant depuis quelques années dans la métropole québécoise. Le jour de son anniversaire, celui-ci entend trouver réponses à ses questions en affrontant sa mère. Parallèlement, un ambulancier hanté par son passé tente de garder le cap alors qu’une infirmière charitable veille sur lui, à distance, tout en maintenant une salle d’urgence à flots. C’est à l’hôpital Ville-Marie que ces quatre vies entreront en collision pour en ressortir irrémédiablement changées.
