What it’s about. Guru, un jeune homme d’une vingtaine d’années, vit dans la ville d’Agra et travaille dans un centre d’appel. Il est fou amoureux de Mala, une collègue de travail. Mais Guru habite chez ses parents. Leur maison est divisée en deux parties. Guru est au rez-de-chaussée avec sa mère tandis que son père vit à l’étage avec sa maîtresse. La mère de Guru a pour projet d’aménager la terrasse pour en faire une clinique dentaire pour Chaavi, la cousine de Guru, ce qui incite ce dernier à demander Mala en mariage afin de construire sa chambre sur la terrasse. Guru parvient à réunir toute la famille pour leur présenter Mala mais rien ne va se passer comme prévu.
