BULLBUSTER (2023) : distribution, intrigue et streaming

Released in 2023, BULLBUSTER is an animation, science-fiction et fantastique and action et aventure series.

What it’s about. Tetsuro Okino, le jeune ingénieur qui a développé le tout nouveau robot Bullbuster, est transféré dans la société Namidome Industries, spécialisée dans l’extermination d’animaux et créatures nuisibles. Rapidement, il comprend que l’entreprise et son président, Koji Tajima, sont confrontés à un problème de taille : une mystérieuse forme de vie nommée « Kyoju », qui semble résister à toutes les méthodes d’extermination habituelles. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, Namidome Industries est une petite société qui est constamment confrontée à des problèmes d’argent, et doit donc en conséquence comptabiliser chaque dépense, du carburant en passant par la main d’œuvre. Dans ce contexte : l’échec n’est tout bonnement pas toléré ! Coincée entre ses idéaux d’extermination des Kyoju et la réalité économique, l’entreprise compte sur Tetsuro et sa création pour réussir à tirer son épingle du jeu !

Who’s in it. BULLBUSTER stars Shoya Chiba as Tetsurō Okino (voice), Asami Seto as Arumi Nikaidō (voice), Shin-ichiro Miki as Kōji Tajima (voice) and Yuuki Takada as Miyuki Shirogane (voice), among others.

How it landed. With an audience score of 5.8/10, BULLBUSTER has drawn a solid, mixed-to-positive response.
