Les occupants sont un pédophile repentant, un beau travesti, un ancien héros du football du lycée accro à l'héroïne, un gangbanger obsédé, le gérant de la maison mourant, un condamné à perpétuité libéré qui fera tout pour revenir, et un tueur brutal ... tout pris à mi-chemin entre la liberté et l'enfer! Alors que la protestation du quartier s'intensifie à l'extérieur de la maison, la chaleur et la tension s'intensifient à l'intérieur ... jusqu'à aboutir finalement à une dernière explosion inattendue de tourment émotionnel ... de violence ... et de rage!
