What it’s about. L'équilibre des mondes est maintenu par les héros. Soudain, un météore brûlant tombe sur l'un de ces mondes, appelé Neo World. Un jeune amnésique nommé Wukong Impulse Gundam apparaît à l'endroit où il a atterri. Le chaos qui commence avec cet incident se propage à travers les autres mondes, l'un après l'autre. Dans le même temps, Zhuge Liang Freedom Gundam apprend par l'astrologie une catastrophe imminente. Lui et son ami assermenté Liu Bei Unicorn Gundam agissent pour sauver les mondes de cette crise et entament un voyage avec Wukong.
