Nous suivons le quotidien de Shōtarō Futaba, une personne fascinée par la gymnastique après en avoir regardé durant sa troisième année de collège. En arrivant à Sōshūkan, son nouveau lycée, il décide de rejoindre l'équipe de gymnastique rythmique surnommée "Ao High". Il va rapidement se lier d'amitié avec son camarade Ryōya Misato qui s'est fait connaître en tant que gymnaste pendant le collège.
