Des circonvolutions politiques très éloignées des préoccupations de Tina, une femme sans histoire, agente de propreté au Palais fédéral, dont le travail consiste à nettoyer le bureau des puissants. Jusqu’au jour où un soi-disant ami de son père débarque chez elle pour lui demander un "service", revolver à la main. Pour protéger sa famille, Tina accepte de s’infiltrer au coeur du pouvoir helvétique.
