Nai est à la recherche de son frère Karoku, disparu depuis peu en ne laissant derrière lui qu'un étrange bracelet qui serait lié à l'Organisation Nationale de Défense, plus connu sous le nom de "Circus". Il rencontre Gareki alors que ce dernier s'apprêtait à dévaliser la maison de Lady Mine où Nai était retenu prisonnier. Le jeune voleur décide de lui prêter main forte et l'aide à s'échapper. C'est ainsi que les deux compagnons se mettent sur la piste de Circus, une organisation qui serait apparemment chargée de poursuivre de grands criminels...
