What it’s about. L'histoire raconte comment Minami Kawashima, rejoint l'équipe de baseball de son lycée en tant que manager pour remplacer son amie d'enfance, Yūki Miyata. Cette dernière a une santé très fragile et elle passe beaucoup de temps à l'hôpital pour se soigner. Vu qu'elle n'est allé que très rarement dans son lycée, Minami, va aider son équipe à gagner le tournoi de baseball inter-lycée. Le seul problème dans tout cela, c'est que Minami ne connait rien au baseball, elle va donc acheter un des ouvrages de Peter Drucker, un homme d'affaire très connu, sur le management pour le monde de l'entreprise et non d'un guide pour soutenir une équipe de baseball.
