What it’s about. Lee Kang Hun, diplômé de l'école supérieure médicale, travaille dans un hôpital en tant que neurochirurgien. Il est le cerveau n°1 et a pour ambition de devenir le directeur de son hôpital universitaire. Il est obsédé par le succès, ce qui est à la fois son plus gros défaut et sa force. Cependant, une fois qu'il rencontre son sunbae, Kim Sang Cheol, le médecin au caractère d'acier et de renommée mondiale Lee Kang Hun change peu à peu et devient un médecin sincère. Seo Jun Seok est médecin mais aussi le rival de Lee Kang Hun. Yun Ji Hye, est aussi un neurochirurgien qui a grandi dans une famille ordinaire. Elle est extrêmement stricte en matière de travail et d'études, mais elle est extrêmement chaleureuse avec ses patients.
Who’s in it. Brain stars Shin Ha-kyun as Lee Kang-hoon, Choi Jung-won as Yoon Ji-hye, Cho Dong-hyuk as Seo Joon-suk and Jung Jin-young as Kim Sang-chul, among others.
