What it’s about. Kio Kakazu, jeune lycéen, vit dans la chaleureuse région d'Okinawa. Pourtant, sa vie jusqu'alors ordinaire va être bouleversée lorsqu'il fait la connaissance d'une jeune demoiselle le jour de la commémoration de la mort de son grand-père. Cette superbe extra-terrestre version Catgirl (fille ayant des oreilles et une queue de chat) dit s'appeler Elis et être venue sur Terre dans le but de faire des recherches et de s'amuser : de nature curieuse et enjouée, elle se familiarise rapidement avec Kio. Mais la venue d'Elis contrarie les projets de certains groupements secrets, et notamment de Manami-chan et de Futaba-san, membres d'organisations rivales... Et attirées par notre héros !
