Ils se retrouvent face à face dans une affaire opposant un géant de l’immobilier à la petite ville de leur enfance, devenue une station de ski sur le déclin. Suite à un accident de voiture, Rick est forcé de rester sur place et succombe petit à petit au charme de cette ville à taille humaine, et surtout à celui de Lisa…
