What it’s about. Un jeune homme dénommé Ryo Takatsuki eut un accident très jeune et son bras droit fut mystérieusement sauvé. Une dizaine d'années plus tard un jeune homme du nom de Ayato arrive dans le lycée de Ryo et le défie. Il lui révèle alors l'existence d'un organisme vivant composé de nano-machines (arms) dans son brad droit. Ayato possède une nano-machine dans son bras gauche. Takeshi, un autre personnage apparaît. Ce dernier possède une nano-machine dans les deux jambes. Ils se retrouvent alors au centre d'un complot international d'une société secrète nommée Egregoris et commandée par une jeune fille : Alice.
