What it’s about. Mazinkaiser se déroule après Goldorak. Koji Kabuto (Alcor) rentre au Japon et c'est la que le docteur Hell, son ennemi de longue date, refait surface. Koji intervient avec son super robot Mazinger Z mais va être rapidement débordé et recevra l'aide du Great Mazinger piloté par Tetsuya. Ils sortent perdants de cette bataille et Koji sera arraché de Mazinger Z puis porté disparu. Le docteur Hell enverra le Baron Ashura avec le Mazinger Z réparé attaquer le laboratoire de recherche du Mont Fuji. Le Great Mazinger à peine réparé de moitié défendra le laboratoire mais se fera battre : c'est là que Mazinkaiser fait son apparition pour détruire les monstres mécaniques ainsi que Mazinger Z. Mais le docteur Hell et le Baron Ashura tenteront tout pour le capturer...
