What it’s about. Natsuo Shinoda est l'aîné d'une famille de trois enfants. A la suite d'un accident de voiture, ses parents meurent. C'est alors qu'un jour, il rencontre Yuki Katase. C'est le coup de foudre immédiat. Cependant, la jeune fille est atteinte d'une maladie incurable.
