What it’s about. Dans le drame qu'ont vécu les Algériens durant la "décennie noire", les enfants n'ont presque jamais eu la parole. Ce film tente de la leur donner. Dans un village martyr de Raïs dans le "Triangle de la mort", des enfants, rescapés d'un massacre qui les a laissés orphelins en 1997, apprennent à se confronter à leurs angoisses et à envisager l'avenir. Dans le cadre d'un atelier d'art plastique, ils réalisent collectivement une fresque sous la direction du peintre Djamel Merbah. Peu à peu, par le graphisme et la couleur, ils arrivent à exprimer leur douleur et leurs attentes et, aidés par une psychologue, Latefa Belarouci, à trouver les mots qui libèrent.
