What it’s about. Après avoir lu le livre "Guide des Escalades du Hoggar", le guide Pierre Agresti et sa femme Isabelle Agresti partent dans le dans le massif du Hoggar dans le Sahara algérien et s'attaquent à la face ouest du Garet El Djenoun. Après une première tentative en 1967, ils ont réussi à atteindre le sommet en 1970 et, avec une vieille caméra, ont réalisé un film qui est resté inutilisé pendant 25 ans. En 1996, ils ont décidé de faire revivre le passé, à travers l'ascension et les rencontres avec les Touaregs des mines de sel gemme d'Amadror. Le film fut programmé en compétition au Trento Film festival en 1997.
