What it’s about. Alors qu'il s'apprête à assassiner un chef yakuza, Okamoto se fait devancer par un autre. Il empoche tout de même la somme qui lui était promise, retourne vers son île natale. Là-bas, il tombe sur le mystérieux meurtrier qui n'est autre que son ami d'enfance, Sawada. Pendant un court moment, les deux hommes se replongent dans leur passé. Mais les yakuzas, les triades sont à leur poursuite. Okamoto propose alors à Sawada de reprendre du service, de jouer les tueurs à gages afin de pouvoir offrir des vaccins aux enfants des pays défavorisés.
