What it’s about. L'agent de police Chiang, de Chaozhou, et sa femme sont brutalement assassinés par cinq criminels évadés qu'il avait arrêtés trois ans auparavant. Leur fille Feng (Lu Hsiao Hui) parvient à s'échapper et se lance dans une quête de vengeance. Avec l'aide de Chuan (Philip Ko, célèbre acteur de films d'action), expert en arts martiaux, Feng traque les malfrats un par un et les élimine grâce à sa technique de kung-fu « Huit coups de pied mortels successifs ».
