Les frères Ben Hoit, archi-millionnaires gr ce à leur chaîne de magasins de jeans, forment une version "hard" de Laurel et Hardy. Tous deux rêvent de jouer les gros producteurs. Après qu'on ait convaincu tous les membres de la famille, tout est prêt pour le tournage. Maldiva, la vedette, a tourné trois films au siècle dernier dont personne ne se souvient, sauf la famille Ben Hoit. Celle-ci finit par se délester de 400 millions qui disparaissent en Amérique du Sud. On déterre la batterie lourde et tout le monde en prendra pour son compte.
