La marine chinoise dirigée par son capitaine (Ti Lung) tente de défendre son littoral contre une attaque japonaise, ils envoient leur unité commando dirigée par Szu Shih sur le continent afin d'obtenir de l'aide pour contrecarrer les Japonais avant qu'ils n'attaquent.
