Alors que Gringo séduit la belle Hélène, le train est attaqué par des bandits à la solde du révolutionnaire Lobo. Les bandits font un carnage et emportent un coffre-fort. Etant en possession de la clé du coffre, les deux amis enlèvent Hélène et se lancent à la poursuite des bandits… et du magot.
