What it’s about. Un couple de jeunes Américains se rend en Australie pour passer des vacances en amoureux. Si Wade a préparé un itinéraire qui suit la côte, Lisa propose de s’enfoncer dans le continent afin de découvrir l’outback australien. Une panne de GPS transforme leur voyage en cauchemar. Ayant perdu leur chemin, ils quittent leur voiture afin de grimper sur une colline et repérer une quelconque trace de civilisation aux alentours.
