What it’s about. Sam Wellman, Lou Banks,et Jack Marlin ont fait une véritable razzia sur les troupeaux de chevaux de la vallée et les ont parqués dans Baxter canyon pour les revendre à l'armée. Texas Milburn et sa femme, Ruth, repèrent le canyon et forment une troupe pour aller récupérer les chevaux, mais l'attaque échoue et tous sont tués. Se faisant passer pour un hors-la-loi, Whip Wilson parvient à pénétrer dans le canyon.
