What it’s about. Irénée, qui travaille avec son cousin Casimir dans l'épicerie de son oncle, rêve de devenir une vedette du cinéma. L'occasion se présente quand, au cours d'une tournée avec leur camionnette-épicerie, ils rencontrent une équipe de repérages à la recherche d'un décor pour un film en préparation. Irénée qui connait la région comme sa poche leur propose de leur venir en aide. Tant et si bien qu'il s’incruste dans l’équipe de tournage et finit par devenir gênant. Pour se moquer de lui, l'équipe lui fait signer un faux contrat lui proposant un rôle.
