In the Mamluk era, a love relationship develops between the young merchant Baher and his neighbor, "Dadad", who enjoys an angelic voice, and while the two "Baher" and "Wedad" descend on the caravan of Bahir and take over his merchandise, which represents all of his capital. He loses his business and complains of bad age and begins his demand for debt, which begs the owners and is forced to sell everything he owns and can not repay his debt.
