Yeong Nam is a forty year old county office worker who only just got a 7 ranking promotion. Yeong Nam is known to be strict and pointless in the corrupt county office department of inspection. Even if a junior causes ruckus about the corruption he's found out, Yeong Nam just maintains his pointless attitude. However, Yeong Nam has attachment for the people around him. He is especially fond of juniors Seung Jae and Yoon Gi. He loves them even if his wife complains about it.
