Tokuyuki Matsutake

Animator, animation director and character designer. Started out his animation career as an in-betweener for Studio Deen on Oishinbo in 1988. The following year, Matsutake started his apprenticeship under Atsuko Nakajima on Ranma 1/2. He is known for his sense of timing, which gives his animation often a stop-motion like feeling.
