Don’t Bury Me Without Ivan (2022)

The story is based on the life of the first professional artist of Yakutia, Ivan Vasilyevich Popov. This is a fairly well-known story in Yakutia about how the son of a Russian priest, Ivan Popov, several times saved the impressionable Yakut Bereskov, who suffered from bouts of lethargic sleep, from being buried alive. Through the journey of heroes, the viewer will gradually be imbued with folklore, culture and mythology of the Yakut people.
